Cleveland History Center

Since July 2024, I have worked as a Museum Educator at the Cleveland History Center (CHC), where I teach students during field trips and engage visitors of all ages with Cleveland’s history through creative and interactive programming.

Beyond my educational responsibilities, I have expanded my skills in marketing and communications by creating print and digital promotional materials for museum events and exhibits. I have also taken a leadership role in coordinating social media content for the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum. In this role, I conduct research for educational posts, photograph museum projects and collections, and organize content schedules and materials to increase audience engagement and encourage visitation.

Social Media

In my role coordinating the social media for the Crawford Museum, our goal has been to create more engagement with visitors both online and in person. I create content to showcase behind-the-scenes content, promote current exhibitions, and share automotive history. I also create print and digital material to support museum events and the Cleveland History Center's main social media as well.

Ohio History Day

For the past two years, I have been involved with creating the lead graphic for Region 3 Ohio History Day, hosted by the Cleveland History Center. I have created original illustrations based on the year’s theme, which are featured on t-shirts, pins, stickers, and marketing/print materials.

1916 Owen Magnetic Diagram

I had the opportunity in 2024-2025 to reimagine a diagram for a rare car for the Cleveland History Center’s collection. The 1916 Owen Magnetic was created as an early hybrid car using only magnetism to transmit power from the engine to the wheels.

The Transportation Curator wanted to put this car on display but the only diagram that existed was an overly simplified drawing from the 1960s. I spent months studying manuals and marketing materials to understand how the car functioned in order to create a new diagram that would be visually appealing and easily understood by the average visitor.
